There are two ways to get a GAME Wallet.
1. If you’ve already got the GAME app, all you need to do is update to the latest version. The My Card section will be updated to GAME Wallet. When you upgrade we'll ask you to log in with your Facebook, Google, Microsoft or other approved login credentials. This type of login is used by a wide number of sites and means you don't have to worry about remembering different logins or passwords. Once you’ve logged in, you’re good to go. If you don’t have the GAME app you can download it for free – simply search for GAME Reward in your app store.
2. Alternatively, you can get a GAME Wallet by registering at this website. As with the app, when you first register we’ll ask you to login using your Federated ID details. This type of login is used by a wide number of sites and means you don't have to worry about remembering different logins or passwords. Once you’ve logged in, if you’ve already got a Reward Card our clever system should be able to track you down through our records simply by giving us your email address. Simple as that! We’d probably recommend getting the GAME app as well though – it just makes sense. I suppose we would say that, but seriously you’ll need the GAME app to use your GAME Wallet in-store. It’s easy to download – just go to your app store and search for GAME Reward.
A number of sites use this login system. It means you won’t have to remember another ID and password to use GAME Wallet, keeping things nice and simple. We’ve picked some of the most widely used logons at the moment and will add to these in the future.
No, we use the login credentials from Facebook, Google, Microsoft and have recently added Twitter and Steam to confirm your identity. Your purchases in GAME Wallet will not be shared with Facebook or any of our other federated login partners.
You’ll need to use one of these to start using GAME Wallet. If you don’t have one of these accounts already, you’ll need to create one. You can use an existing email address to create an account with any of the Federated ID providers we use. Once you’ve created an account with Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Twitter or Steam, sign up to GAME Wallet using this account.

No, they won't be linked. If you want to access your game.co.uk account you'll need to use the login details you created when you signed up for an online account.
You can use GAME Wallet for in-store and online purchases at GAME, trade-ins and top-ups. You can also top-up online into your Wallet account, onto any giftcards you have stored or as part of making a purchase.
You don’t need a Gift Card to create your GAME Wallet, but if you’ve got some GAME Gift Cards already then it makes sense to add them to your Wallet.
Adding Gift Cards to your Wallet makes it easier for you to pay for things in-store and online (and in-game for selected games in the future). Plus if you misplace your Gift Cards you’ll still be able to use them with your Wallet.
On the website, sign in and go to the Funds tab where you’ll see a Manage button. Click this and it will let you add the PAN and PIN from the card.
The PAN is the long number (19 digits) on either the front or back of your card and you can get the PIN by scratching off the metallic strip of the back of the card to show the 4 characters. As soon as you have added this the balance on the gift card will show within your Wallet and you can start using these funds.
Remember you can still use the physical gift card within a store if you want.
Yes! It’s the same way as adding a card – sign in and go to the funds tab where you’ll see a Manage button. Click on Manage and it will show all the Gift Cards you have associated with your Wallet - you can remove any Gift Cards here.
You don't need to remove a giftcard to use it in-store.
Yes you can. All you have to do is remove it from the Wallet it's in and then you are free to add it to another Wallet account. Just remember you'll need the PAN and PIN to add it to your Wallet. (See 'how do I add gift cards to my Wallet?' above)
Your Reward Card points will be updated in your Wallet automatically. You can also add your Gift Cards to your Wallet (See “How do I add Gifts Cards to my Wallet?” in this section).
You can add funds to your Wallet by making a trade-in instore or by asking to adds funds to your Wallet instore and presenting your App.
Online you can top-up funds, using a payment card, to your Wallet or any giftcards you have stored in your Wallet.
Yes. You'll be able to use your physical Gift Card as normal if you want to. If you make any purchases your GAME Wallet will be updated to show the new balance available to spend.
You won’t be able to choose which funds you use first.
When using funds from your Wallet the Gift Card funds are used up first, starting with the smallest amount, then the next smallest Gift Card amount, and so on until no funds remain on your Gift Cards. When no funds are available on Gift Cards, your Reward points will be used.
One of the benefits of GAME Wallet is that even if you misplace your physical Gift Card you can still use it to make purchases through GAME Wallet. Simply use your Wallet as normal to use up the funds on your Gift Card.
If you believe your Gift Card has been stolen then contact our Customer Services team who will be able to cancel your Gift Card so no-one else can use it.
